In order to facilitate our customers' understanding of the large bag packaging machines produced by Hualian Machinery Group, the author will introduce several models of kraft paper bag sealing and sewing packaging machines produced by our company through diagrams. Let's first summarize several common professional knowledge points in the sealing and sewing packaging of kraft paper bags (multi-layer kraft paper bags).

As shown in Figure 1 on the left, the outer skin of large and heavy bags both domestically and internationally includes kraft paper bags, multi-layer kraft paper bags, paper plastic composite bags, paper plastic woven composite bags, and single-layer plastic film bags. Some paper bags also have an inner lining of plastic film bags (as shown in Figure 2 on the left). The packaging methods at the sealing area are also very diverse. As shown in Figure 3 on the left, it includes sealing with hot melt adhesive paper bag or corrugated paper tape, or sewing or heat sealing. Below, we will provide a detailed explanation of several models of our factory's kraft paper bag (multi-layer kraft paper bag) sealing and sewing packaging machine.

The above picture shows several sealing methods of FBK series kraft paper bag sealing and sewing packaging machine.

The No.1 paper bag is a hot melt adhesive paper bag wrapped around the sealed area after the bag mouth is sewn. The No. 2 paper bag is first lined with a plastic bag and heat sealed, then sewn with an outer layer of paper bag, and finally sealed with a hot melt adhesive paper bag. The sealing process of paper bag No. 3 is to first heat seal the inner plastic bag, then wrap the sealing area with a hot melt adhesive paper bag, and finally sew the hot melt adhesive paper bag. The sealing method for No. 4 is to first heat seal the inner plastic bag, and then directly sew the sealing area. The FBK series sealing and sewing automatic packaging machine is suitable for sealing and packaging kraft paper bags with inner plastic bags. You can choose to wrap them in hot melt adhesive paper bags or not. The selection of specific models depends on the customer's specific needs for bag sealing and stitching. Our factory can also add or subtract according to customer needs.

The above picture shows the FBP series paper bag folding and hot pressing automatic packaging machine. The one on the left of the picture is suitable for automatic packaging of kraft paper bags with folding or multi-layer kraft paper bags and PE plastic bags with inner lining. The process is to first heat seal the plastic lining, then fold the bag mouth tongue at a 90 degree angle and melt the hot melt adhesive at the tongue part of the bag mouth with hot air, and apply pressure for bonding. The left 2 paper bags are suitable for sealed packaging in flip over kraft paper bags. The working procedure is to fold the tongue of the bag into a 90 degree hot air to melt the hot melt adhesive at the mouth of the bag, and then fold it into a 180 degree pressure bonding.

The above picture shows the FBC series kraft paper bag double fold side sticker automatic packaging machine. The automatic packaging of a flip over kraft paper bag with PE plastic lining is suitable for the left side of the picture. The process is to first heat seal and press the inner bag, then fold and flatten it for the first time, press it for the second time, fold it for the second time, and finally stick and press the paper tape on the side. The difference between Left 2 and Left 1 is that the Left 2 paper bag does not come with a lined plastic bag.

The FBS series kraft paper bag or woven bag folding and sewing automatic packaging machine shown in the picture is suitable for sewing the opening of kraft paper bags or woven bags. The process on the left of the picture is to directly sew the woven bag or kraft paper bag. The second process on the left of the picture is the sewing and packaging of the folded opening of a kraft paper bag or woven bag. The third item on the left of the picture is a paper or woven bag wrapped in wrinkled paper bags and then sewn together for packaging.
