The large bag sealing machine is an important member of the sealing machinery category and belongs to a branch product of the sealing machine series. A large bag sealing machine refers to a device that seals large bag packaging containers weighing 10-50kg. It can seal thick PE or PP plastic bags with high quality, efficiency, and continuous sealing, as well as paper plastic composite bags, aluminum-plastic composite bags, and so on; Widely used in packaging of chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, grain, feed, and food industries. The requirements for the packaging paper tape applicable to it can be summarized as follows:

1. Multi layer kraft paper bags can be lined with plastic bags, and the layers must be tightly fitted together. The inner layer may have a slight interference fit compared to the outer layer, without any gaps, in order to achieve the function of multi-layer load-bearing capacity.

2. The inner plastic bag should not be too large to avoid wrinkling and leakage during heat sealing.

3. The thickness of the inner plastic bag must not be less than 0.06mm, otherwise it is not easy to cut when trimming the bag opening, and may even damage the cutting blade.

If dust removal is required at the bag opening, the layers at the bag opening must be adhered to each other.

If an unlined M-fold paper bag needs to be sewn, the M-folds on both sides should be glued together.

6. The packaging with inner plastic bags should be lined and composite bags should not be used, as paper plastic composite bags are not easily degradable.
